1. General

This Policy is prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". The operator of personal data of DentLance users is LLC «DATABULANCE», INN 1400030989, OGRN 1241400000951, address: Apt. 3, House 6, Nikolaeva St., Pokrovsk, Khangalassky District, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 678000, Russia.

2. Data we process

Account data (clinic staff): name, email, role, phone.
Patient data entered by the Client: full name, phone, email, date of birth, medical records (dental chart), X-rays and photos — a special category (health data), processed on the Client's instructions.
Anonymised technical data to ensure the Service's operation and security.

3. Where data is stored

All personal data of Russian citizens is stored and processed on servers located in the Russian Federation (Yandex Cloud, Moscow), in accordance with Part 5, Art. 18 of 152-FZ on data localisation. No cross-border transfer is performed.

4. Purposes

Providing the Service's functions, technical support, fulfilling contractual obligations, and informing users about the Service.

5. Legal grounds

The contract (public offer); the data subject's consent; the Client's instruction to process their patients' data (Art. 6 of 152-FZ).

6. Transfer to third parties

Data is not transferred to third parties, except the YooKassa payment service (LLC «YuMoney») for payment processing and cases provided by law.

7. Data subject rights

You may request access, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to support@dentlance.ru.

8. Security

TLS 1.3 encryption, daily backups, role-based access control, restriction of access by unauthorised persons.
