Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms govern the use of the DentLance service (the "Service"), provided by LLC «DATABULANCE», INN 1400030989, OGRN 1241400000951 (the "Provider"). By using the Service, you (the "Client") accept these Terms in full.

2. Service description

DentLance is a cloud platform for dental clinic management: patient records, appointment scheduling, dental chart, storage of X-rays and photos, and patient notifications. The Service is provided under a SaaS model as a simple (non-exclusive) licence for the paid period.

3. Plans and payment

Payment is made by bank card via the YooKassa payment service (LLC «YuMoney»). Plan prices: Free — ₽0, Basic — ₽599/mo, Standard — ₽1,599/mo, Pro — ₽2,599/mo, "Clinic Network" — ₽4,999/mo.

Payment is 100% prepaid for the selected period. The subscription renews automatically unless the Client cancels auto-renewal in the account before the paid period ends. The Provider may change prices by no more than 10% and no more than once a year, with notice to the Client.

4. Refunds

The Client may cancel the Service at any time. A refund for the unused portion of the paid period is issued upon request to support@dentlance.ru, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and YooKassa rules, to the original payment method, within up to 10 business days.

5. Client obligations

Provide accurate information at registration.
Not share access with third parties; keep login and password confidential.
Comply with the laws of the Russian Federation, including the processing of patients' personal data.

6. Personal data

Processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. For patient data, the Client acts as the data operator and the Provider as the data processor on the Client's instructions (Art. 6 of Federal Law 152-FZ). On termination, the Provider provides a data export on request, then ceases processing and deletes the data.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Provider's liability is limited to the fee paid for the current period. The Provider is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
